Do not send secrets or payment credentials.
Support never needs a password, full card number, session token or private key. Screenshots should be checked for personal data before they are attached.
Historical correction reports may be credited only with the reporter’s permission. Anonymous reports can still be reviewed when they contain enough evidence.
